Event Map: Austin Texas
I created this map to match an event flyer and pamphlet that would be sent out to participants. The goal was to have a visually engaging yet recognizable map while highlighting the 5 main locations.
Initial iterations had too many streets that were distracting from the more important ones.
Color inspiration and guidelines.
Final color combinations. We chose the brown and yellow for the final map because it was the easiest to read and fit with the rest of the design best.
